Villa Petugonsとは？
This house is ideal for one, two or three families. It contains six bedrooms and three baths. It offers a good size swimming Pool a large lawn including some exciting fruit trees and a tennis clay court. At the windy corners there have been planted many beautiful trees that provide shelter from the Mistral in the cool season and shadow in the warm season. There are neighbours, but not close. The house is ideal for those who prefer a total tan. Here you and your family, or friends have complete privacy. Yet the bakery is only 2-3 minutes away by car. Better yet the beaches are reached within 12 minutes. It is also ideal for golfers who want to play the great golf courses in the area. At least 4 courses may be reached in 7 to 15 minutes. Adding another 5 minutes and you get aprox. 10 more. (Saint Endreol perhaps the best in all of Southern France is 7 minutes away.)
Within 10-12 minutes you are at the beach near St. Raphael. Do you want to eat dinner in Cannes it will take you approx. 20 minutes. Do you want to eat in St.Tropez add another 10 minutes.
The travelling time from the Nice airport to the house is normally 30 minutes.
The house is also ideal for those who just want to tour the area and enjoy the many medieval sites and villages. It should be mentioned that approx. 100 meters away from the house there is a bus stop. The bus goes directly to St. Raphael. From St. Raphael you are connected to Nice airport through the railroad. Teenagers living at this house does not have to rely on a car to get around.
In the event (God forbid) the weather should turn uncomfortable the living room offers great space and a very large fireplace. The ceiling is supported by wood logs. The kitchen contains the modern appliances that are expected to be found in a house of this caliber including a furnished area for breakfast and other quick meals.
A professional company called Help Service maintains the house. There will be additional fees for house cleaning during your stay (optional) and on departure, as well as for renting of bath towels and sheets. Help Service may be contacted any time during the day. They speak several languages and will be the party that will meet the guests.
